Do not order from Burke Decor
I ordered a ~$2K dining table from Burke Decor Feb 18th, wasn't told a delivery date, but with most business models these days, items come in a few weeks, so I assumed it would. The site said it was in stock. I began contacting them after I heard nothing by mid-March. I was getting a voicemail (shocking enough in itself, who doesn't have reps that answer their phones?) that mentioned "the holidays" twice. In mid-March. So then I was concerned. I sent an email to Customer Service. The email said I would get a response in a few days. I heard nothing for a few weeks, followed up again, and finally got an email several weeks later saying it should ship in early-mid-April, which was coming right up. Mid-April came and went, nothing. I emailed a few more times, got no response. Finally called again and got a rep on the phone who told me it now looked like it would ship in late June to arrive early July. I said forget it, I want to cancel the order. They said they would place the request for cancelation and I should receive an email. I actually did receive the email a day or so later and then was told I'd receive the refund in 7-14 days. I haven't yet received it and am concerned I won't based on other reviews, but I will try to update my post if I do or don't receive it. But joke was on me - I found the same table was available on Perigold, Wayfair, etc, a number of other sites. Ordered from Perigold and got it within 2 weeks.
