Price and availability is very good. I know it was a holiday weekend, however , the time turn around was quite lengthy with no communication available. Tracking was provided and the shipping label was printed later than I would have expected, then shipped later than expected. I will order again in hopes this was an over sight.

Poor business acumen regarding warranty issues.
NANO sent refurbished product to replace new product.
Very, very frustrating that you choose to put consumer(s) in this position.
However, a “new” set has been ordered & is currently in shipment status.
I am in high hopes that this set works!
