Poor business acumen regarding warranty…

Poor business acumen regarding warranty issues.
NANO sent refurbished product to replace new product.
Very, very frustrating that you choose to put consumer(s) in this position.
However, a “new” set has been ordered & is currently in shipment status.
I am in high hopes that this set works!
