Baited and switched my flight, filing a fraudulent claim with my bank so if they charge me. How I book a international flight with United *Which by the way all international flights included 2 pieces of luggage 1 Carry On 1 Checked.
They call me telling me the flight I booked doesn't include luggage. Then tells me I have to accept the new booking which is the polar opposite time of what I had booked. Mind you the flight they tried booking me on is only like $234 everywhere else no thanks never again. I had to mass text all the ppl I just recommended to them to stop and book elsewhere.
Then attempt to head to Copart who is there partner. Copart tells me I can't preinspect vehicle of I'm not a Copart member. So you can't see car until after you win bid. COPART wants $100 membership for a year just to inspect vehicles. So unless you're good with a sight unseen buy. Avoid on top of that they RideSafely charges you a fee + Copart fees + documentation. I quickly retracted my bid. Will go to a public auction instead.

Dear Brandon,
We're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience viewing the car before bidding. At RideSafely, we strive to offer transparent and accessible online car auctions. We emphasize the significance of inspecting a vehicle before bidding, especially in the context of online auctions where physical inspection is not possible.
While RideSafely operates as an online car auction platform, our partnership with Copart does mean that specific pre-inspection rules apply, specifically requiring Copart membership due to their policies. We recognize this can be inconvenient and are always looking for ways to improve access and information for our customers.
For detailed guidance on vehicle inspections and to understand the differences between physical and online car auctions better, we encourage you to visit our Help Center here: http://rdsf.ly/xT32 - Vehicle Inspection Resources, and read our Blog section article titled "Deciding Between Physical and Online Car Auctions: Which Suits You Best?" available at this link: http://rdsf.ly/Lj7 - Deciding Between Physical and Online Car Auctions.
Some auction locations might offer inspection services, even if you're not a registered dealer. We regret any oversight in communicating these options more clearly before you placed your bid.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. If you reconsider or need further assistance navigating our platform, our dedicated customer service team is here to provide you with personalized guidance and support every step of the way.
Thank you for reaching out, and we hope to assist you better in the future.
