The ones who responded to my calls were kind and cooperative. They listened to me and were willing to be patient and answer my questions.

I didn’t like how it took a 50 minute call to book a flight, I also didn’t like how the places were incorrect. Though the caller was patient with me and understanding. Which was pleasant.
