worst customer complaint service, lying
I have to rate this company one star again, because of its handling of customer complaints.
As you see from my one star review on trustpilot of Lyca mobile CH in the past 2 months (see detailed descriptions there; basically Lyca mobile stole 300 CHF by activating a susbcription (for 3 months with DAILY charges without me ever using the card) I have never activated and by activating auto-renewal I never activated; then they just said I would have done that myself) they answered the following:
"Regarding your issue, please allow us some time to investigate thoroughly. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update."
I wrote to the customer complaint service - I did not get ANY answer at all
They never got back to me with an update as they promised.
Not only stealing, but also lying. Well done.
