worst customer complaint service, lying

I have to rate this company one star again, because of its handling of customer complaints.

As you see from my one star review on trustpilot of Lyca mobile CH in the past 2 months (see detailed descriptions there; basically Lyca mobile stole 300 CHF by activating a susbcription (for 3 months with DAILY charges without me ever using the card) I have never activated and by activating auto-renewal I never activated; then they just said I would have done that myself) they answered the following:
"Regarding your issue, please allow us some time to investigate thoroughly. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update."

I wrote to the customer complaint service - I did not get ANY answer at all
They never got back to me with an update as they promised.

Not only stealing, but also lying. Well done.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the bundle auto-renewal, we would like to inform you that Lycamobile bundles are set to auto-renew by default to prevent service interruptions. The card used for the initial purchase will also be used for future renewals. However, customers can modify the renewal settings at any time by logging into their Lycamobile account.

Upon checking details, no transaction was found from 24th July '25 onwards. For further assistance, please reply to trustpilotreview@lycamobile.com

THIEVES

I have to again rate this company 1 star based on their customer service. As I wrote in the review beforehand, they STOLE >300 CHF from me reactivating an "unlimited daily bundle" every day for 3 months without me ever having actived it in the first place, and without me ever having activated re-newal. I have complained on here, via telephone to the customer service and via email.

Here on trustpilot they state to answer them directly to their review email (as they will again as reply to this complaint) - there they just dont answer. I complained by phone - here they said a supervisor would call me back - which he never did. I complained by email - here they just restate that I have activated the bundle myself and have reactivated it (which they will say again as an answer to this review) - which is a complete LIE. They also state on the website that they would give a notice if any renewal happens - which also never happened and is again a LIE.

In summary, this company has stolen more than 300 CHF from me without my consent and without me ever using the service (not even once) and is not addressing my complaint in any way. I recommend this company to nobody.

Scam

This is an absolute scam. I bought a lycamobile.ch Sim card just to get an SMS for an external service and charged the card 10 Chf for that with twint. Then I never used the card again. I didn't get ANY information that a subscription was activated. 3 months later by chance I see that lyca mobile has charged me 2.50 Chf DAILY since 3 months via twint!!!!
I have never approved any subscription! For the daily unlimited they charged me it says clearly on the website that they would inform for any autorenewals, which has never happened. I have no info on any channel whatsoever that a subscription would activate or renew. I tried to call customer service but the line was always occupied and nobody was answering even inside the call number time. I emailed them but nobody answered. I blocked the Sim card via chat but a few days later I tried the Sim card to see why I was charged and it still wasn't blocked. What the hell? Next step will be to go to the authorities.

Please realize the ridulcousness of the answer below of the customer support: they are just stating that auto-renewal was activated, without addressing that they charged me >200 CHF for a service (the unlimited daily bundle) I NEVER activated. absolute scam, this is stealing money.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our services. Upon checking the charges, we can see that while purchasing the SIM, auto-renewal was enabled because you were charged for the Unlimited Daily bundle.

Ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous customer service.
I contacted the company today by phone to tell them about a security gap in their system, as when I registered via gmail account the email account afterwards was a completely different one. The customer rep on the other site did not understand my problem at all, did not ask about anything (like order nr etc.), was extremely annoyed and angry from the start, started screaming and then just hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation because she was so angry (without reason). Never have I experienced such a case before, incredible

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous, my connection flight has been delayed for 28 hours (!!!) and kiwi.com evaluates that as a minor (!!!) delay without ANY possibilities of refund and not being helpful in any way.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SCAM

Update: 3 days after the comment from kiwi.com, nobody has contacted me and obviously there was no investigation. The customer support agent is not even reading my messages it seems and just given generic responses. Ridiculous.

We checked your booking and could see that CebGo Airlines made a schedule change to your flight and, the flight was rescheduled for 24 hours. Since the schedule change was for 24 hours it was considered a minor schedule change. In this situation, we do not offer an alternative flight or refund options. We are sorry to hear that the schedule change was not suitable as the layover time in Cebu was extended and also you paid for the accomodation as per the original flight schedule.

We see that you contacted customer support to discuss the situation and they also provided you with the same information. Further, it seems that you contacted the carrier directly and requested a refund for the disrupted flight. We have received a full refund from the airline. We have processed the refund back to your original payment source.

We have investigated your reservation and emailed you an explanation.

STAY AWAY UNTIL FURTHER UPDATE

STAY AWAY UNTIL FURTHER UPDATE. I have used the service via binance and transferred 20.000 Euro to their bank account.I used the service the same way at the same day for 100 Euro, where the money arrived after 4 hours. BUT the 20k I transferred the same way at the same day haven't arrived still (it is now 4 days even though on binance it claimed "instant to 1 day"). My bank has confirmed that the money has been sent and ID verification is already done by binance so they 1) have the money and 2) further ID verification is not needed. Still customer service has answered me after 2 days they "do not see" the money and now hasn't answered since 2 days. STAY AWAY UNTIL FURTHER UPDATE.
