One year customer and they scam me
This is a scam. I got a small fracture in my ankle on August 13 and claimed on August 14. Today, August 20, my claim was declined because they say it's an existing injury.
How does this make any sense at all? I got the injury on 13 August and claimed it the day after, and then they said it was an existing injury.
I have proof from the doctors that I have been there. The doctors have written about how it happened. They have been documenting all the tests that they have been doing regarding me. X-ray and the medical boots, but still, does the safety wing decline my claim?
I have also shown them all the invoices. 
I have sent them everything they need to look at this case, but they still just declined.
Also, I'm trying to contact their support on the app, but it's not possible.
I have been a customer for almost a year now, and this is how they treat you.
Stay away from them.
