Outstanding Service – Kevin V. Saved the Day!

I had a bad experience with this store in the past when it took weeks just to book a mechanic and even longer to get my bike fixed. However, this time was a completely different story!

I showed up just before closing with a broken saddle, expecting to have to book an appointment and wait again. Instead, Kevin V. helped me right away—super quick and friendly service. He fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me!

Big thanks to Kevin V. for turning my experience around. 🚲💨

Don’t buy from this scammer!

Don’t buy from this scammer!

They intentionally deceive customers by auto-selecting the subscription option and automatically signing up even though you never actively selected any subscription plan. They will say that the information is there, but it is intentionally displayed in small font size, and they don't send you a monthly Payment Receipt e-mail for the subscription like every other company.

They also refused to reimburse the subscription fee for the months you didn't use it (because you had no idea you were paying for it).

This is free the first 30 days and hereafter becomes an automatically renewed membership for €8,95 per month. This can be cancelled at any moment by contacting our customer service or doing it yourself via the website, as we state at multiple places on our website. For your information, we also have an option to buy products for the normal price, you then don’t start a membership.
