Great Service to the UK

Being based in the UK I was very sceptical about using this company. However, from start to finish the service has been excellent. Prompt replies to my initial enquiries (thank you Elisa) and having placed the order I was kept fully up to date. I paid for the enhanced packaging which I think was a good idea and product arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule. Now installed and working as expected. Very pleased as I could not get the exact model I wanted in the UK. Would recommend.

I have had a table for a few months and…

I have had a table for a few months and it is excellent quality. I needed to check the exact table leg sizes whilst not being at home and contacted the company and the had a prompt response from Ornella with detailed drawings! Great product, quality and service!

Have had a charger for 18 months

Have had a charger for 18 months. Recently had PV plus battery install done at home and noticed car wouldn’t charge during the day after install. Raised a support ticket and within a couple of days they had updated the settings in charger and I was able to charge as expected. Very good customer service!
