Scam or Negligence — Still No Delivery After Two Months

I placed order #56118133 on February 7, 2025, from TradeINN (SmashINN store). According to the tracking, the item was supposedly shipped on February 8 — yet it was never delivered.

Since then, it’s been over two months of excuses and copy-paste responses from customer support claiming they are “investigating.” No refund, no reshipment, just delays and meaningless updates.

This is either a scam or pure negligence.

No support from Ali

I placed Order #245842147501026888 through Alibaba with supplier Shenzhen XYZ Tech Co., Ltd for a custom elevator project requiring technical drawings and adaptation to a laminated timber house.

The supplier ignored all requests for documentation (CAD files, profile drawings, installation specs), and started production without approval — violating the agreement and creating a major safety risk.

I filed a refund request and formal dispute on March 28, 2025. Today is 30.04.2025 — and after more than 20 days, Alibaba’s dispute team is still “mediating,” sending template messages while refusing to address the technical breach.

This is not a shipping delay — this is a serious contract violation. The supplier was unprofessional, dismissive, and Alibaba has done nothing to protect me as a buyer.

I have filed a chargeback with my bank and submitted a formal complaint to Chinese regulators.

Buyers beware: Alibaba’s “Trade Assurance” does not assure anything when things go wrong.

Terrible experience

I have been waiting for months for a refund after my package was lost.
The company keeps replying with meaningless excuses about “investigations” without offering any real solution.
Despite numerous requests, they have not processed the refund for 502.46 AED.
Their service is absolutely unacceptable — ignoring customer rights, wasting time, and disrespecting basic standards of professionalism.

I do not recommend ordering from TradeInn.
Stay away if you value your money and time.
