I can’t believe the amount this company…

I can’t believe the amount this company is charging me. We live in a bungalow, we don’t use much energy. Last year we spent all winter freezing cold coz we can’t afford £250 a month to heat a 2 bed bungalow. Told them we have health issues and asked them why they are literally charging us for the street to heat our home. I do t think we can cope with another winter like the last one. Nothing from these guys tho, they think it’s ok!!

Edit * I did wot the reply said, I messaged on X and was told to go to chat where I’ve been many times with no help!!!!

Really not happy with this company

Really not happy with this company. Numerous times have explained my situation and how they are making it worse. Put in a complaint about how I was spoken to on a call and now have to wait 8 weeks for an outcome on that. They know how the whole thing is affecting me but don’t seem to care. I’m left on hold, waiting an age, for them to get back to me, and suffering mentally every day. Really not fair…

Ash called and sorted this out, she went over and above, listened to the issues and came to a fantastic resolution. Thank you ash, honestly, a weight has been lifted and I’m really grateful
