Absolutely appalling service. Stay well clear!

Absolutely appalling service. This is the first time I have used Pharmacy2U and it will be the last. The wrong meds were issued, despite specifically stating details on script. Half the meds in the delivery box weren’t even in their boxes properly and had fallen out. Unable to get through on phone because they were ‘busy’, automated system then says use ‘chat’ on website - couldn’t use chat because it was ‘busy’. So unable to actually speak to someone or contact them regarding the issue with my script. They use Lloyds pharmacy, so the whole lot will be getting dumped on Lloyds counter tomorrow and THEY can sort the issue and waste their time trying to get through to them. Clearly, the Pharmacists and dispensing technicians DO NOT READ the prescription otherwise they would have sent the right medication! I find it very scary that these people are issuing medicines without reading the prescription properly. My advice - check your meds because the pharmacist doesn’t !
