They are good but you gotta be careful…

They are good but you gotta be careful with them or else you will waste a lot of money. One of their plumbers, Keith, fitted a waterpumper for me upon my request . He failed to tell me it works on for 15 mins at a go and needs turning off and on again. He charged me £400 for that. I couldn't stand the noise and the short term usage of it (it only worked for few minutes and stopped)so I had to get an electric shower of which he charged me again to have it fitted. I could've saved my £400 if only he'd told me.

I had my SMP done by Jack at Sharp SMP almost 4 years ago and it still looks good. In fact, people don't believe when I tell them I'm balded. If you're looking forward to get your confidence back, look no further. Get in touch and he'll assess how your scalp looks and take it from there..

They take too long to solve issues.

CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER : 37047830089

They take too long to solve simple issues.
I repeated a year and started a new course.
They put down MENTAL HEALTH instead of ADULT NURSING and I have to wait for 21 working days for such simple correction. I need that correction and entitlement form for NHS Learning Support Fund but its taking too long .

Your services are extremely poor sometimes. I'm at the post office to receive my item which was signed by staff when tracked, yet, the item isn't here.

This is the SECOND time I've paid for an item without receiving it and it was a next day delivery.

Returning an item can be extremely…

Returning an item can be extremely stressful. I will rather deal with Argos. Once you buy an item online you can't refund instore. You will have a sh!t load of stress to deal with labels. I've been in their Wolverhampton branch twice.

Useless organisation

Useless organisation. Complete fuuls is what they are. They never give you clear guidance as to how to download starting data files yet their books are very expensive.
