Wonderful Experience--Exceeded My Expectations

After completing an application to participate in the Call Sheet Media Mentor Program, I still had some questions. Thomas Haldeman provided very thorough answers to me very promptly, which I truly appreciated. My interview with Ralph was fun, interesting, and amazing. I was accepted to the Tier 2 mentor program some weeks ago. The program is extremely well done and very well organized. It is truly a fabulous learning experience where one can learn at their own pace. Finally, I cannot say enough positive things about my assigned mentor, Remi, who has been absolutely wonderful. VERY highly recommended!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Before I purchased a bracelet, I contacted customer service because they were Unisex size and I wanted to be sure that it would fit an average size man's wrist. Based on their assurance that it would fit well, I ordered it. To say that it was MUCH too small was an understatement. I contacted customer service which is VERY slow to respond. They apologized and told me that I could select a different bracelet for free. Of course, this was after they put me thru many "hoops," such as sending a photo of me wearing the bracelet. After I waited for MANY weeks, I finally received a package from them and they had mistakenly sent me the very same bracelet type that didn't fit the first time and that I wanted to return. I brought this to their attention AGAIN and now they are putting me through more hoops. I am now going to file a dispute with my credit card company. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

3 Promises Made, 3 Promises Broken

I placed and paid in full for a sleeper sofa in November with the understanding that 1) it would be delivered in early January, 2) that it would be delivered to me at a day and time that was convenient for me, and 3) that I could request and would be granted a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, none of these things turned out to be true for the following reasons:
1) The delivery date that I was given was February 7 and that was cancelled by their delivery partner, Fragilepak, for no apparent reason.
2) The only time that was given to me was a Wednesday morning...period, which is a work time for me.
3) I requested a refund numerous times and I was repeatedly refused one. I requested the opportunity to speak with or to be contacted by a supervisor many times and I was never afforded that opportunity. As such, my only recourse was to file a dispute with my credit card carrier.
To say that I would never again want to do business with Homary.com or Fragilepak is an understatement.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

The furniture company with which I placed an order used Fragilepak for delivery, Order 641U1788640. I spoke with them several times in advance of the delivery date, which was long past the date that was promised to me. I told them that the earliest that I could get off of work to receive the delivery was 3:00 pm and they repeatedly assured me that this would be no problem at all. However, several days prior to the promised date of delivery, they said that they could only deliver to me on Wednesday and in the morning, which is a work time for me. I requested the opportunity to speak with a supervisor several times. I was told that none were available and although I was assured that I would receive a call back soon from supervisor, I never received one.
This is an update, which I am writing on Monday, 2/12. My order is finally scheduled to be delivered in two days. We will see if that actually happens. I have still not received a call back from a supervisor, but this review seems to finally have gotten their attention. It really shouldn't have come to this. I took an entire day off of work to receive this delivery. I'm anxious to see if it actually happens, or if they cancel it again. I will update this review accordingly.
UPDATE: So, the furniture was finally delivered. However, the day before, I emailed Fragilepak Customer "Service" several times to make certain that they had the correct phone number for my smartphone so that they could keep me informed of my estimated delivery time. I then too it one step further and I called Fragilepak customer service and they too assured me that they had my correct number. Of course, on the day of delivery, they called the wrong number and it wasn't until the delivery people were at my residence that they got around to notifying them of my cell number. The service was just awful from start to finish.
