3 Promises Made, 3 Promises Broken
I placed and paid in full for a sleeper sofa in November with the understanding that 1) it would be delivered in early January, 2) that it would be delivered to me at a day and time that was convenient for me, and 3) that I could request and would be granted a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, none of these things turned out to be true for the following reasons:
1) The delivery date that I was given was February 7 and that was cancelled by their delivery partner, Fragilepak, for no apparent reason.
2) The only time that was given to me was a Wednesday morning...period, which is a work time for me.
3) I requested a refund numerous times and I was repeatedly refused one. I requested the opportunity to speak with or to be contacted by a supervisor many times and I was never afforded that opportunity. As such, my only recourse was to file a dispute with my credit card carrier.
To say that I would never again want to do business with Homary.com or Fragilepak is an understatement.
