Don’t trust them, just in there for money, bad customer care and sloppy with medical and personal info

Wat to expensive AND don’t follow up on shipments and dose. Pretty bad. Bad customer care.

KLM has no customer care. At all.

I’m platinum for life, but klm has severely cut down on customer care, client satisfaction, new planes and reliability.


These days I prefer just about every airline over klm.

A disgrace for the Dutch…..seats from CDG to AMS generally filled with KLM personal, half drunk, who had a “day of work” in Paris, Air France.

Arrogant, unfriendly, horrible would sum it up

Slecht, onprofessioneel,

Slecht. Trage of geen terugkoppeling, ze lossen niets op. Klacht hierover indienen heeft geen nut; ze beoordelen die zelf, dus…..inderdaad…..

Waist of money, maar vooral; een risico voor iedere zaak die echt goed behandeld moet worden.

Misleiding

Misleiding, misleiding, misleiding.

Ze zullen vast wel ergens kleine lettertjes hebben en gezien de agressieve beantwoording op mijn vraag op een plotseling en nooit afgesloten abonnement, moet dit gewoon hun business model zijn.

Schandelijk.
