Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Arthauss! I recently bought several pieces of stylish freestanding furniture with integrated LED lighting for my home, including the Trend TS-10, Sento Display Cabinet, Sento Sideboard, and Sento TV Cabinet, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each piece looks way more expensive than it actually was, and they really have a standout look and feel. I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family—people always ask where I got them from!

The touch lighting on the bedside tables are an incredible feature; it’s both practical and adds a cool, modern vibe to the room. While the furniture isn’t the most high-end option out there, the value for money is exceptional. It feels great quality, but without the hefty price tag.

There were a couple of minor hiccups—namely, the drawer runner that didn’t quite fit and the UK-to-European plug adapters missing from the boxes. However, the customer service team was absolutely brilliant! They resolved both issues quickly and efficiently, and special thanks go to Hubert and Kris for their prompt, friendly support.

I’d highly recommend Arthauss to anyone looking to elevate their home with unique, stylish furniture at a great price. I’m already looking forward to purchasing more from them in the near future!

An exceptional Customer Experience Team… Having placed an order with Purdy & Figg this morning, I soon realised I’d not ordered the correct quantity. A quick enquiry with the Customer Experience Team and we had the order rectified! Special shout out to Adonis who went above and beyond to support me in fixing my errors. An honest account… I recently purchased a left-hand chaise boucle sofa, foot stool, 4 dining chairs and 2 mirrors from Daals. The overall quality of the products were fantastic. Not flawless, admittedly, as there were a few minor imperfections and the pilot holes on the feet legs of the sofa needed re-drilling (quick fix for the capable DIYer!).

Also, I did discover a mark on one of the cushions covers but customer service/care team, in particular my contact Red, was exceptional! The care and support provided was greatly appreciated and I received a new cushion cover in a matter of days!

Really impressed with the weight of the dining chairs and the clarity of the mirrors - some mirrors I’ve purchased in the past from other high street retailers have had a slight distortion to them, these from Daals were perfect and easy to hang.

I often think a company should be appraised on the whole customer journey, not just the product. Therefore I’m giving them 5* as I will be returning again for some other furniture.

The only area of improvement for me personally would be delivery. Finding out 24 hours before the couriers are coming was not ideal for someone who works away, it made it hard to place the delivery and I had to reject the delivery dates 3 times. Only a minor!

If it wasn't for Jessica, I'd be writing this review from a very different place which was thankfully avoided due to the uncovering of some false information presented by the seller's solicitors...

The second property transaction was seamless, albeit slow due to the seller's part-ex, but Jessica kept me well informed throughout the process.

I'm a firm believer that a company should not only be measured on their quality of product, but on their ability to handle the 'bumps' in the road.

Admittedly, I installed by garage racking (very easy to assemble, may I add), however the worktop for my work bench was simply the wrong size. I contacted the customer service team who instantly scheduled a new delivery for new worktops for me. Sadly, and through no fault of Tufferman, DX 'misplaced/lost' these worktops, and Tufferman had to raise a second delivery for me. The worktops arrived the second time and were a perfect fit.

Was it a flawless experience, no. Would I recommend Tufferman, 100%!! Product and customer service was excellent.

An exceptional service from Marks Electrical...

I believe the quality of a company is not just measured on their product, but on the response of their customer care team when things don't quite go to plan.

I ordered a washer from ME, the product unfortunately turned up damaged (it's okay, these things happen), but ME responded immediately after being notified of this damage by the delivery team, contacted me to arrange a replacement and new delivery time slot was scheduled for the following morning. The delivery team were most respectful of my new house, and delivered on time with a courtesy call ahead.

Really impressive customer service and I look forward to my next purchase from ME. Sincerest thanks!
