Review of AllBatteries
Items as described, excellent genuine Panasonic product. Did not realise that the batteries would come from France; not a problem, just a few days wait. As these are virtually unobtainable in the UK a short wait was not an issue at all. The equipment they are going in is over 40 years old, back in use after decades!

Royal Mail app.
This is the biggest load of rubbish ever! Crashed more than worked normally. Won't allow you to log in, stating error and try again later. Can't find the item queried, or just freezes! Has cost me money because it kept changing a redirect to different places on its own; when it was apparently in the sorting office. The office only opens for 1 hour a day, very early in the morning. This isn't rural, it's in Greater London!

Recently sold through the Hayes branch. Scott was very helpful and Emma P. was a whirlwind of work; she dealt with all the prospective buyers and did the showings. Bit of an issue (the buyers) and Emma worked well with the agents for the person we were buying from to resolve the problem. We were well satisfied with the service provided and can recommend the team.
Review of Virgin Media
Closed account as moving house, VM sent a letter to my new address telling me that I will be charged £130 if I do not return their hub and tivo box in packaging they will send me! I have been waiting about a month for the packaging. Now I receive texts telling me that I will be billed £130 with days. Enquiry to VM revealed that the packaging was sent to my old address!
Now I have five days to hope that the (again requested, to my new address, twice before) will arrive.
Absolute shambles, speaking to staff who cannot speak English nor make any decision or provide meaningful information or support.
If I could score VM a zero for customer service, I would!

Ben Salvage was recommended for our house purchase survey. Completed a Level 3 survey, with no fuss or issues. The report was prompt, clear and comprehensive in content, without jargon or waffle. The report was easy to read and understand, a good reference for future works once we are in the property.
