Used them a few times .
No issues with sale of phone and payment made just after 6pm the same day , emailed throughout the process so can’t fault them , just be honest with the condition of your phone and all will be good it seems

Almost a week after placing order and…

Almost a week after placing order and nothing
Had to chase them up ..but goods arrived the day after I contacted them.
Items were well packaged and everything I ordered arrived
Communication improvements needed

Wanted to sell my pristine iPhone 13…

Wanted to sell my pristine iPhone 13 Pro Max after a recent upgrade , they were offering a fair price so sent it off after creating a sale order .
They received the phone next day and revalued it at a lower price ,stating numerous marks , I took photos as I packaged the phone so know this wasn’t true
I declined the offer and asked for the phone back they then “ re valued “ the phone a second time with a slightly higher offer.
I again declined , I got my phone back after a week but be careful as they use 48hour tracked and it doesn’t cover the returned phone for its full value for damage and or loss … just be careful they won’t give you the offer they say they will , bit of a gamble really

Problems with delivery, still no item, avoid

Ordered two items online ,one arrived no problem,the other is still not delivered after 10 days ,evri have obviously lost it , Dunelm are hard to contact,no number just a chat bot that tells me information I already know ,end of the day I've paid for a item I've not received, and I would like a resolution..it's not difficult surely!

Items were in stock and a good price , paid for next day delivery and no issues with DHL, items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, I’ve used Tredz numerous times in the past and wil continue to use them , as they do as they say

Plymouth store… half empty shelves

Plymouth store… half empty shelves , unfriendly staff , worst of all the scan and go !

You spend time and effort scanning and packing as you go around,only to have a security check at the till,where they scan umpteen random items , unpacking your shopping … I have no issue with the checks as it’s to stop the stealing,but be less heavy handed with a customers shopping .
One suggestion, have a empty trolley near by so when a customer’s trolley shop gets checked transfer it to the empty trolley rather than see a customer play trolley jenga with the contents… oh and get the staff to smile … can’t be that hard surely .. or boost morale , as the shopping experience is awful at present .

Problem claining promotional offer…

Problem claining promotional offer online...
Currys wouldn't accept the details I provided online even though they are correct!
Rang poor customer service,who after going through so many options finally answered, and really didn't have a clue ,apparently filling out a missed promotion from and told someone would be in touch in 3 days , I've had 10 day window to make my successful claim .and still not resolved...absolutely woeful really

Both in stock and delivered within the times stated .
Looking at the reviews I’ve probably caught them on a good day!
