Dan Hallum is the best customer service representative you could possibly ask to speak to. The issue we had was registered and will hopefully solved immediately.

Tried to return the items purchased as not as advertised. I wrote several emails to their customer service and heard nothing back. Still have the items as now out of time to return them, as no label was sent out.
Material is not as elastic or stretchy as advertised.

The train was late by over an hour, which couldn't be helped, as I believe there was an issue with one of the engines. However, the service on board was lacking, the food dreadful and in short supply, so we didn't have a choice, and overall, a waste of £600 + quid. We wrote a complaint directly following our experience and are still waiting for a reply!!!! Will not be doing this again in the UK for sure

I brought two costumes, both of which were extremely tight in the fit, even though I am an average size 14 in the UK. The colours also varied from those I thought I'd bought, and on arrival, were a disgusting, nondescript blue/green.
I have written to customer service three times about returning the items and have heard nothing back. They were not cheap to buy, they took over a week to arrive, and now I can't get a response from their customer service department

What a fabulous company to deal with. I have ordered from Dr Vranjes for many years as their room scents are divine but on my last order, I was unable to unscrew the cap on the refill. I called their customer service and the issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. They kindly replaced my entire order which I received within days. Monies eventually returned

I spent 550 on a 'seconds' stool and due to the state of it on arrival, several emails and phone calls later and it being a 'SECONDS' Susie Watson finally offered up a very small refund of £50.00.
