What a fabulous company to deal with. I have ordered from Dr Vranjes for many years as their room scents are divine but on my last order, I was unable to unscrew the cap on the refill. I called their customer service and the issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. They kindly replaced my entire order which I received within days.
