Appalling service
Appalling service. Waited 6 weeks to be sent the wrong window. All you get are automated responses that don’t resolve the problem. The routine response is they tried to contact you, case closed, start again. Instead of collecting and sending the correct window it’s treated as if it were a standard return and refund. No offer to correct the situation and send the correct window. So if I ever get my refund having already had the wrong window collected I am back where I started 2 months ago and have to reorder.
