OMG. Stay away.!!
They send a tech and then ask you to pay the full amount of the repair and "half" the amount of the part.
I refused.
Preferred to pay the $90 service fee than to pay any money upfront!!
Then they keep calling to make sure I paid the $90 and could not find my email payment. Good thing i kept the proof.

Was exactly the tool i needed for my small business!
