I paid 4000 and they says they will provide 2 free domains to the website..
But after paying full amount..
They ignores us..
They just treat we are nothing for them..
And after numbers of weeks, I wanted my money back as they don't complete their work..
So they says no refund policy are there...
And also they are such a liar..
don't invest your money to this fraudulent company...

Ads for paying customers. Decent web builder and hosting. Unfortunately they serve ads as popups in the webmaster portal even for those who have spent lots of money on their product.

What a great company! Great design builder that allows for endless and precise design choices. Exceptional feature set. They support their clients beyond troubleshooting or billing, etc. They create a community and offer a rich library of how-to videos, etc. I emailed a department manager to request a feature and he could have not been nicer about acknowledging my communication and affirming that it would be put on their action list. I'm so happy to be a client.

I’ve encountered a technical issue with the platform, but the WebWave support team handled it professionally and with care. The main reason I give 5 stars is the promptness and professionalism of the Customer Relations team. I sent an email with some concerns I had on a Sunday afternoon and that same Sunday evening, I received a very detailed response, which included solutions to all my questions. I do not know Ms. Oana Stanciu from WebWave, but I gave this maximum rating because of the professional, simple and concrete way in which she responded to my email.

Since I began using your software, I have discovered a true game changer that offers exceptional value and unmatched cross-device preview capabilities. Your customer support has been exemplary. However, I was disheartened to learn that the complimentary domain promised with my plan was not provided. It clearly states I am entitled to a free domain on the Pro Plan. This discrepancy has significantly undermined my trust in your company. While I will continue with this offer and pay for the domain, I must admit that my confidence has waned, and I am committed only for the current year.

I had set my domain not to auto-renew, yet somehow, WebWave renewed it anyway—at almost double the price of the previous year. When I questioned the cost increase, the support team gave vague, inconsistent answers and refused to issue a refund.

The renewal price jumped from $15 to $25 to $40 USD. I’ve managed hundreds of domains over the years and have never encountered this kind of hidden fee hike. Their excuse? “That’s just how it works.” Except, it doesn’t. Other registrars don’t nearly double their renewal fees year-on-year.

I would avoid WebWave for this and other reasons, ie being tied into their platform. If they keep raising prices like this it is bs.

Webwave is a great choice for a website ai builder. There pages are crisp, easy to use interface, and 24/7 support I highly recomend

Webwave was very accommodating in redeeming my purchase after the expiry date had lapsed, and in fact gave me a lifetime deal on the agency option.

I am very disappointed with Webwave's service. They took my money without my permission. I didn't use the domain, and it's not even active, yet they still charged me because my card details were stored on the platform. I was not asked if I wanted to continue the service, nor did I receive an invoice. I only got an email notification after the payment was taken. I hope to receive a refund soon,

I have been using WebWave for several months and it has proven to be an easy to use WYSIWYG builder. I'm technically proficient but not a designer or coder by any stretch of the imagination. I have just started trying out the AI site builder, but so far this seems more powerful that other similar offerings. The hosting is very fast and I like that I no longer have to worry about maintaining other hosting.

Webwave is definitely a game changer. Especially the AI website builder. I was skeptical until I tried it and was very impressed at the result. Probably saved me over 12 hours of doing it myself. As for the website app, I have a few other website builders but consider Webwave more full featured and useful than any other in that it does everything you could dream up, it’s true drag & drop, does an excellent job of being responsive, has interactive elements, all in an easy to use interface. Another very nice feature is the eCommerce capabilities. You’d think it’s an eCommerce platform as it has rich product pages including variations and a customizable cart, something some eCommerce builders don’t. This is probably one of the most versatile and powerful web builder you can get.

Was exactly the tool i needed for my small business!

The integration of AI throughout the website development process is an incredible time saver. We were really impressed with how we were able to provide a description of the site we are building, then seeing WebWave create the pages with images and copy included is very cool. The site still requires editing but having the outline makes designing more efficient. The drag and drop designer is quick and has many editing options available. Although, the designer will require some tinkering to learn the platform. Many of the tools in the designer are self-explanatory but the sheer number of tools and buttons available can be initially intimidating. Overall we have had a positive experience with WebWave and are looking forward to seeing how WebWave continues to develop.
