Three ply stainless steeel roasting tin

Bought the three ply stainless steel roasting tin, what a fantastic product. More than half the price of a well known french alternative - and easily as good.

My roast potatoes have never been so good, and the roasting tin clean really easily. Brilliant purchase that will last me a lifetime

Calor are an absolute joke of a…

Calor are an absolute joke of a company. I placed a bulk order weeks ago, only to have the delivery cancelled. Customer services are a complete waste of time and offer no help, other than they'll call the mythical delivery people (who we are not allowed to speak to ourselves). I now face the prospect of running out of gas, despite ordering a delivery when 50% full. Given that I have a vulnerable person living at my property, this is a shambolic joke of a service.

Every delivery i've had has been this painful. I'm reporting this company to the relevant ombudsman / regulator, and would advise anyone considering using Calor TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The large amount of negative reviews for this company should also act as a warning to anyone considering signing up to Calor.

Disgraceful service from Calor

Disgraceful service from Calor. I'm on the brink of running out of gas, and I'm getting no help from customer services (if i manage to get through to someone, which is a rarity, they give absolutely no information through about delivery dates). I placed my gas order in November and am still no closer to having a delivery. When one of Calor's supposed benefits is the size of their delivery fleet (they certainly aren't the cheapest supplier out there) this simply shouldn't happen.

I have a vulnerable person staying with me over Christmas, and am facing the prospect of having no heating or hot water. Absolutely digraceful service, I will be looking to get out of my contract and will never use Calor for bulk gas supply again.

If you are looking at signing up with Calor for bulk gas, don't.
