Was offered a refund because my ring snapped in half with only occasional wear after one year. The original item wasn’t available any more for replacement. However, when I noticed the refund was never issued, they said they couldn’t give the refund because they ‘have a new system.’ And again I was offered a store credit. So buyer beware: the ‘guarantee’ is a scam. Also, if they offer you a refund or credit, follow up to make sure they actually issue it.

Placed an order 11/05. PH2943799419. Billed for items. Immediately sent emails trying to upsell my order. No delivery of items. Requested a refund since it’s been over a month and items were intended as gifts. It’s been a week, no reply.
