Customer service - not to be rude but some are very nice and professional. Some of advisor was absolutely useless and rude to me down the phone to the point i cried!!
I paid last month not full amount but paid what I could, understanding that I am still overdue .. but spoke to an advisor and had an agreement and put me on repayment plan as well set up Direct Debit yet they still refer me to debt collectors and then all of sudden suspended my line?! It’s now been over 3 weeks , I’m not getting any text or calls coming in, I was fully aware that I may not be able to make outbound call but they have gone to extend to block all incoming calls and texts as well.
Even though I called and paid what I could and agreed to repay back what I owed from previous month along with my next payment, on the phone they confirmed direct debit was set up, this hasn’t been done at all as no money been taken out? And yet still cut off my phone, even when I called they told me nothing they can do and that I would have to travel 20miles into town centre and visit o2 store.. awful.
