This company are truly abysmal.
You can tell they don't care , they haven't ven replied to the reviews on Trust Piot.

I was with Vodafone for 25 years, I STUPIDLY switched to EE, I will be running back to Vodafone speedily.

Lat month they charged me twice for a week's data roaming in Santorini, itr was in my bill. I called them and they investigated and agreed with me and said they would refund the overpayment as a gesture of GOODWILLL???? How nice of them.

Then I eventually received a text from them earlier this month to say that I had paid twice for data roamig and they would reflect this on my next bill. I KNOW, I TOLD YOU, 6 WEEKS AGO !!!!!!


Today they sent me a text to say my account is in arrears for £ 20.62 and they have informed credit reference agencies.

Another 45 minutes on the phone to them for them to say, I owe them that from my last bill. I said you took that payment on 13th July by direct debit. I asked them why they sent me a threatening text and reported me to credit ref agencies for aan amount I don't owe by their admission and if I did owe it why didn't they take it from my active direct debit with them, they couldn't answer, of course they couldn't because they're useless.

I asked them to withdraw anything they had recorded against me with credit reference, they told me to check with the agencies !!!!

I pointed out that they did it in error and they should put it right not me,this didn't seem to compute to them.

The customer services ( that's a joke ) reerasentative said they would credit the amount they were chasing as a token of goodwill, GOODWILL !!!! I don't owe it, they screwed up by over charging me.

How completely thick and useless are these people.

VODAFONE here I come.

Bad attitude from their delivery…

Bad attitude from their delivery drivers.
I watched on of their vans deliver to an address in my road, it's a cul de sac. No Turning!

One guy got out of their truck, moved two wheelie bins out of my drive, shoved them at the front of my elderly neighbours drive , reversed in to my drive then wheelspan out spraying gravel everywhere and leaving the bins in my neighbours drive.

I emailed Currys customer services with the details and the reg number from I think the Bognor store hoping for an apology and heard nothing back months later.

WON'T BE USING THEM FOR ANY ORDERS.

Further to my previous review and NCP's…

Further to my previous review and NCP's reply, they did indeed investigate my complaint.
They came back to say they could find no correspondance and couldn't help.

So they are saying that they didn't find 2 emails sent or a letter posted to their customer services team at their head office, haven't checked cctv, or actually read my complaint properly. Or did they delete the emails and throw the letter in the bin and only reply because i posted a negative review, More likely !
They also didn't even mention the copy of the bank statement page I sent them showing the transaction was paid for in advance.

Just another non caring, profit orientated mass corporation with no humanity at all.
Unfortunately you get forced to use them.

I visited here yesterday for a tricky…

I visited here yesterday for a tricky light fitting that I needed. The assistant was incredibly helpful and they had the KSR tube I needed in stock and on the shelf at a really reasonable price.
I also spied some good deals on portable A/C units, so if the heatwave does hit I'll be back.

Thoroughly recommend this friendly, helpful company.

Action Fraud-useless.

Action Fraud-useless.
I wasted my time trying to report a bunch of scamming scumbags called XR Academy. Action fraud said they couldn’t investigate as they are not in the UK. Where the hell do action fraud think most scams are originating from.

Action Fraud are a complete waste of time and tax payers valuable money.

They should just be shut down as they don’t appear to be of any use whatsoever

£30 did feel Pricey for a plastic bottle holder for a fridge but everything in this country seems to be rocketing in price.

The part arrived within a couple of days , was well packaged and fitted perfectly.

I have no complaints about their service and would recommend

I got scammed by this company and reported them to Action Fraud. It appears that has had no effect and Action Fraud are ineffectual, probably just another powerless bureaucratic waste of time and taxpayers money as XR Academy are still going and scamming people daily. XR Academy are pure scum.

I paid for drop off at Gatwick over a…

I paid for drop off at Gatwick over a year ago. We got fined by NCP for not paying it. My wife contacted them and showed it was on her bank statement. We paid as didn’t want debt collectors but no options on their website to contact them to discuss. I wrote to their head office and sent them an email, to date we have not received any response to any of our enquiries over a year later. Typical large don’t care about customers corporation.

Absolutely Atrocious service

It started really well, I emailed them about a Mercedes they had on Auto Trader as I had some questions.
Talia responded twice very quickly and answered my questions fully. I paid a deposit on Monday 3rd March 2025. I received a call straight back from Tish to book an appointment. I explained that as the car had no MOT could they get it MOT'd for my appointment as i was coming up from the South coast by train and needed to drive it back and that I would do a banl transfer for the full amount on my appointement. She said that was perfectly acceptable and would get the car booked in for an MOT immediately and let me know when booked so we could arrange my appointment. By Friday morning I heard nothing so emailed asking for an update, to date I have received no reply!!

By Saturday 8th March I had had enough and sourced an identical car elsewhere and bought it.
I emailed Jctn 17 to tell them and asked them to refund my refundable deposit and confirm. NO REPLY !!! I left it a few days and emailed again, NO REPLY!!!, my emails went through to them fine.

To date I have still not heard anything back from this outfit since my original call from Tish nearly two weeks ago,or received my deposit back.

So I will now get my credit company involved.

My experience of them was awful.
