This company are truly abysmal.
You can tell they don't care , they haven't ven replied to the reviews on Trust Piot.
I was with Vodafone for 25 years, I STUPIDLY switched to EE, I will be running back to Vodafone speedily.
Lat month they charged me twice for a week's data roaming in Santorini, itr was in my bill. I called them and they investigated and agreed with me and said they would refund the overpayment as a gesture of GOODWILLL???? How nice of them.
Then I eventually received a text from them earlier this month to say that I had paid twice for data roamig and they would reflect this on my next bill. I KNOW, I TOLD YOU, 6 WEEKS AGO !!!!!!
Today they sent me a text to say my account is in arrears for £ 20.62 and they have informed credit reference agencies.
Another 45 minutes on the phone to them for them to say, I owe them that from my last bill. I said you took that payment on 13th July by direct debit. I asked them why they sent me a threatening text and reported me to credit ref agencies for aan amount I don't owe by their admission and if I did owe it why didn't they take it from my active direct debit with them, they couldn't answer, of course they couldn't because they're useless.
I asked them to withdraw anything they had recorded against me with credit reference, they told me to check with the agencies !!!!
I pointed out that they did it in error and they should put it right not me,this didn't seem to compute to them.
The customer services ( that's a joke ) reerasentative said they would credit the amount they were chasing as a token of goodwill, GOODWILL !!!! I don't owe it, they screwed up by over charging me.
How completely thick and useless are these people.
VODAFONE here I come.
