I called to return a faulty hoover. After explaining everything, l was told that the procedure is that someone will come home and try to fix it, if it can’t be fixed then only they will replace the item. It’s less than 28 days before we bought the hoover, would l really want a replacement for it? I don’t think so!
When fully charged, l can only hoover one room then charge it again to hoover another room. Very disappointed!

We were replacing windows that had been in place for over 25 years and were extremely satisfied with how the installers Matty and Anthony handled the job. They were kind, helpful, and hardworking, and they left the work areas clean and tidy.

The new windows look fantastic; excellent product. And the fitting team was fantastic - they worked all day to do the job, were very polite and professional, made sure we were delighted, and made us laugh!Thank you for providing such excellent service.
