Firstly there was a wide range of furniture in store from which to chose. Secondly Colin, the salesperson, was unobtrusive. He was on hand when needed but slipped away when my wife and I needed time and space to consider our options. Once we had selected the furniture he explained more than once the cost of each item and the cost of various add ons which he made perfectly clear were entirely optional. Colin also discussed in full the various delivery procedures.
