Unacceptable Service

Unacceptable Service
Zoe promised delivery within 14 days but took my money upfront and failed to deliver the product for months — despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund. They ignored repeated messages, then sent the product anyway.
Worse still, they later bypassed a card payment block and charged me for a subscription I had already cancelled. Their response? Generic instructions to "manage my account" online, which confirmed the subscription was already cancelled.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s deeply misleading. I’ve lost trust in Zoe and strongly advise others to think twice before signing up.

Purchasing mugs from Shared Earth.

Items were easy to find. They were in stock and sent out within a reasonable time. There was good, prompt communication. I have no complaints at all.

ClearFibre problems

The router was not connected until ClearFibre was reminded. The router kept dropping out. New Router didn't work at all. The computer said, "No internet, secured". I'm still waiting for my superfast connection via FTTH.
I received an immediate and successful response to the above post. Emma talked me through the complications of the problem (largely my fault) and it was sorted out to my satisfaction.
