Zoe promised delivery within 14 days but took my money upfront and failed to deliver the product for months — despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund. They ignored repeated messages, then sent the product anyway.
Worse still, they later bypassed a card payment block and charged me for a subscription I had already cancelled. Their response? Generic instructions to "manage my account" online, which confirmed the subscription was already cancelled.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s deeply misleading. I’ve lost trust in Zoe and strongly advise others to think twice before signing up.
