Sardar and team did a fantastic job

Sardar and team did a fantastic job! Very professional and efficient. The kitchen and bathroom are spotless, including the oven. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Was told by Cosatto the pushchair I had purchased was under warranty and could be repaired for £45. After I made the payment on 10-Apr,I received the pushchair back on 12-Apr in the exact same condition as I had sent it. After I emailed to ask why I was charged and no repairs been done, I was told the pushchair was shipped back before the payment was received and a refund would be made within 10 days. It’s 3 weeks later and still no refund. Shocking from a brand like Cosatto

Avoid Pass Me Fast for Driving Lessons

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Pass Me Fast driving lessons. I booked lessons with them in preparation for my driving test, but the service was far below my expectations and significantly hindered my preparation.

My instructor canceled three lessons at the last minute, two of which were just 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Despite my repeated requests to reschedule these lessons, the instructor only offered to reschedule them at the next lesson. This left me with very little time to practice and caused me a lot of stress.

When I requested additional lessons to make up for the cancellations, the instructor informed me that they had limited availability and suggested I be assigned a different instructor. This was unacceptable, as I had already built a rapport with my original instructor and was not comfortable starting over with someone new.

Overall, the service I received from Pass Me Fast was unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to reconsider. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and effective driving instruction.

I am requesting a full refund for the remaining lessons. I believe that this is a fair resolution given the inconvenience and stress I have experienced.
