Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Was told by Cosatto the pushchair I had purchased was under warranty and could be repaired for £45. After I made the payment on 10-Apr,I received the pushchair back on 12-Apr in the exact same condition as I had sent it. After I emailed to ask why I was charged and no repairs been done, I was told the pushchair was shipped back before the payment was received and a refund would be made within 10 days. It’s 3 weeks later and still no refund. Shocking from a brand like Cosatto
