I wanted to make you aware of the the…excellent service I recently received from Kieran Archdeacon (Property Manager)

I wanted to make you aware of the the excellent support I received recently from Kieran Archdeacon (Property Manager) for Avon Court, Motherwell.
My dad is disabled and to access any vehicle if he is going out for the day, we need to use his wheelchair.
However, the kerbs are quite high at Avon Court, which makes it difficult to manoeuvre the wheelchair, especially for my Mum.
I e-mailed Kieran to ask what the process would be for either lowering the kerb or installing a very basic ramp.
He responded immediately and arranged to meet my Mum on site at Avon Court, so that she could explain the situation and discuss the best options.
Kieran and I have since discussed these options and have decided that the best option would be to lower the kerb.
Kieran contacted me yesterday to confirm that he is in the process of writing to all the residents at Avon Court, to ensure that there are no objections to lowering the kerb, at the rear car park.
Kieran also suggested that we should make contact with North Lanarkshire Council (Occupational Health) to ask if there is any funding available to cover the costs of lowering the kerb, which was fantastic advice.

I received an extremely professional and helpful service from Tracey Blaxall

I received an extremely professional and helpful service from Tracey Blaxall at Let Alliance. This is the 2nd Property I insured via Let Alliance and they have always been very easy to deal with. It's always reassuring when you actually speak to someone on the phone, who can explain the different policies on offer, rather than just applying on-line, with no interface at all.
