The guy on the phone was very pleasant and took you through the processes.
Organising pick up was quick and ran like clockwork even though delayed a day due to sickness of the driver. The company used by national scraper car were always in touch as was national scraper car.

Review of ATG Tickets
I bought tickets online but email confirmation didn’t come through or the tickets. I waited 48 hours as website stated. Emailed stating tickets hadn’t arrived. Within two hours email was answered, and the tickets re sent.
Although disappointing they didn’t come straight away, I was impressed with customer services solving the problem quickly and efficiently.
