Good product and delivered promptly. Well packaged and loved the little personal business card included.
My only "problem" was that the items are relatively expensive and postage is quite expensive.

Only downside was online it said get 21% off for ordering a certain amount and free delivery if you spend a certain amount. I did both these criteria but was charged delivery. After contacting customer service this issue was quickly resolved and I was refunded my delivery charge. Thanks for sorting it out.

Adam arrived on time as arranged. Got to work straight away on the full heating system flush. Had all equipment required outside the back door so no mess in the bungalow. He was very approachable and pleasant keeping us informed at all times. Finished earlier than we expected with all the radiators heating up a lot better than they did last winter, so should be a lot warmer this winter. Thanks for a great job done Adam.

Quick delivery of the product using Royal Mail next day by 1pm. I had to send my item back though as it was unsuitable for the person that it was for.
Good choice online but jewellery is difficult to purchase online but it was still presented well in the photos.
The only thing I would have liked was a bit more communication from the seller via email hence the four star review rather than a five star one. If it was available I would have given a four and a half star review.

Ordered chicken pies and brisket pies. Thought the price was a bit expensive but the pies online looked very tasty and juicy so would give them a go.
Delivery was good and arrived as told.
The pies looked lovely in the boxes and were a good weight.
The first pie we tried were the chicken ones and they were packed full of meat, nice pastry but the taste wasn't anything exceptional and they were very dry, had to make gravy to have with them.
A disappointing pie we would say at the high price.
We hope the brisket ones are better when we try them.
