Thieves, They do not deserve any star
They do not deserve any star. They are thieves. I terminated my contract in 4/9/2024. They counted my balance and calculated to be around £93 including a credit of around £63 that they will pay it back for me if I return the devices. They sent for me a return package and I packed every thing for them, the TV box including the plug and the remote control, the hub including its plug and all the wires and I packed them very well then I posted them through yodel and the traking number was R7DWFXD and I checked that my parcel had Already delivered to VM. BUT I had astonished that instead of getting my £63 credit refunded as I fulfilled VM requirement to return the devices and instead of getting my frozen credit of 63 GBP refunded for me virginmedia have sent for me another bill asking me to pay extra 1.89 GBP because as they claimed that I have not returned the hub despite I am sure that I return it with all other devices and post it for them All.
Before I received the last bill, I had spoken with Maolikka their customer service and explained for her my worry that the claim from VM that I had not returned part of the devices/hub claimed by her company is not correct as I personally packed, returned and posted them all , she told me that this should be a fault and I asked her if virgin media is really right about their claim then I am asking them to email me the photos of the received and delivered package/parcel with its contents to check if they are right by their claim or they lied at me as it seem for me that they want to take my credit whatever is status of my sent and delivered items for them even if it is with full contents but she assured me that I will get my refund as I had provided the parcel tracking number for them. However I had waited for a week and never received my credit but another bill of £1.89 debit to be paid and it appears that they were unhonest with me and took my £63 credit and not only that but they want me to pay 1.89 GBP as well. If they were honest why they have not sent for my the photos of the delivered package with its contents. Why they were not able to check how much they paid for yodel parcel charges/ fees as the fees of the parcel depend on its weight and from the weight of the delivered parcel and the fees they paid they will know whether the hub reuter or other devices had been completely sent or not if they want to really investigating it and not alleging others so that they can steal his money. This is what I said foe Jade their customer service that I had called her as well after xalling Maolikka by about 10 days and again Jade affirmed for me that it is a fault from VM and I will get a refund of my money after 5 working days. But again nothing happened even after 10 days from speaking with Jade indicating that VM determined to keep my credit of £63 abd that is a sort of thieving.
My advice to the customers do not subscribe with VM as they are no longer honorable and not trustable anymore now.
Even I tried to make a complaint through the chat live engine provided by them but every time I tried to complain they close the live online chat for 4 times.
