Bought 3 mini Dahlias that turned up rotten and battered due to lack of packing. Customer service is appalling. Emailed and sent photos. Still wasn't proof enough for them.

Do not order from this company. They don't care about the plants or what condition they show up in.

Hands down one of the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with. Alexsandra listened and fully understood the issue and resolved it super fast. No stress at all. Just wonderful service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had an issue with a paperback that was delivered and David sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Will definitely be ordering again.
