Condescending CS

Messaged them with a question I had about one of their bikes, and their customer service person was extremely condescending. Talking about "you can EASILY find the article on our website." So rude for absolutely no reason. Good to know BEFORE making a purchase. Will not be supporting this company. I was leaning towards a velotric anyway.

In the future, here is how you reply to someone: "hello, sorry about the confusion. We released a firmware update a couple months ago that now enables the bike to use cadence sensor. Thanks for your interest, have a great day!"

Extremely suspicious phishing service

Extremely suspicious phishing service. I've been getting emails via visiting multiple businesses websites, despite never entering my email. They are somehow stealing my email data from my device. They had to change their name to "SafeOpt" now which is just hilariously ironic. Someone needs to look into this and shut them down.

Avoid

Will not be purchasing from these scammers again. Got a hidden fee charged on my card. There was no mention of this while checking out. Would've purchased elsewhere had I known.

Incessant email spam

Gave them my email to download a LUT pack and they've since sent daily emails. I've received at least 8 emails from them in the last 6 days. Terrible.

Knowingly traffics in poisonous sludge. Look it up. The owner knows their stuff has high levels of unknowns and other toxic chemicals and still sells it. Hope the entire MCN company rots in hell. Also let me know how you will be reimbursing me for my hospital bills.

Suspicious

My bank closed my debit card for fraudulent activity shortly after ordering via this site. I think theyre selling peoples info. Clearly run by a bunch of braindead zoomers. Fake garbage. Tasted like nasty stale BDTs. Only people buying this stuff are their shills on youtube, and other braindead zoomers.

FAKE FLOWER!

FAKE FLOWER!! Do not buy from this company or any company selling "thca" flower. It is poisonous toxic alt noids. Smells like cat urine/BDTs, looks like garbage, clearly has black specks of some alt noid sprayed all over it, and has a firmness from the liquid drying, as well as an oily feeling when breaking up (not sticky, ... oily). Alt noids (including thca diamonds/isolate, anything sold via the "hemp" industry and mfd. by MCN) are unregulated and lab results are never legitimate. ALL ALT NOIDS CONTAIN POISONOUS CONTAMINATES THAT HAVE UNKNOWN HEALTH EFFECTS ON THE BODY/ORGANS. Consume at your own risk. I was hospitalized for metabolic acidosis, on the verge of a stroke, from consuming these "cannabinoids." Which means your blood is so acidic that its not properly carrying oxygen to your heart, that it needs to beat and function. I honestly wouldn't even buy legal hemp. Go to a dispensary, their products are regulated and come with real lab tests, and most importantly, the owners aren't trying to kill you for a quick buck. Anyone pushing MCNs toxic poison is complicit in all the people they have and will hurt. Hope this guy will pay one day.

Flat rear tire on only 2nd day

Flat rear tire on only 2nd day of riding. Inflated it to correct psi and still happened from riding on a pretty tame sidewalk. Now I'm trying to get in touch with customer service for a return and they're taking their sweet old time replying. I think they're trying to make me go past the 14 day return window so that im stuck with this pile of ewaste. Would never buy one of their products again, should've listened to other reviews.

Edit: I dont WANT to wait months for the scooter to be fixed. I want it returned for a refund. Which ive been emailing you guys about for 9 days now. You're purposely waiting to respond until after the 14 day return window. Ive opened up a paypal claim, sent emails, AND filled out the form on your site (that wasnt visible for a week), and nothing. But you have time to respond to a review with a cookiecutter bot response? NEVER AGAIN!! One of the worst CS experience ive ever had in my life

Edit 2: had to open a paypal escalation for them to finally reply and offer the return. After 2 weeks of waiting. Joke of a company.
