Condescending CS
Messaged them with a question I had about one of their bikes, and their customer service person was extremely condescending. Talking about "you can EASILY find the article on our website." So rude for absolutely no reason. Good to know BEFORE making a purchase. Will not be supporting this company. I was leaning towards a velotric anyway.
In the future, here is how you reply to someone: "hello, sorry about the confusion. We released a firmware update a couple months ago that now enables the bike to use cadence sensor. Thanks for your interest, have a great day!"
