Recently I’ve had a few unpleasant…

Recently I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences in the Marshes Dundalk store. The lady was extremely rude & the customer is an inconvenience. There are other girls working there who are a bit younger & a pleasure to deal with , maybe this lady could take some advice on customer service from them. Won’t be visiting again.

Marshes SC Dundalk.

Marshes SC Dundalk.
Went to pay for an item in this store from a shelf marked 20% off . Lady was none too happy looking anyway but when I asked if this price included the discount she replied’ there is no discount on this’ when I told her the shelf the item came off had a sticker saying there was a discount she turned & asked her equally unimpressed looking colleague who didn’t even look up & said NO! She then asked do you want it or not , I said I did . She was wrapping it in bubble wrap & I told her that I wouldn’t need a bag , she said this isn’t a bag it’s bubble wrap. The staff in this shop are normally nice but these two…downright rude . I wasnt looking for this item for nothing as I was buying it anyway, if it had the discount all the better. I hope management will have a look at their behaviour & sincerely hope that they themselves are not management.
