Low prices not worth the hassle.

Been 2 weeks since my order #EGOD100094804 and royal mail still haven't even received it. Phone number on the website doesn't work. They replied to emails tbf to them however just tell you "its being processed" and can't actually guarantee when it will be delivered after saying 4-6 days before ordering. Will be contacting my credit card bank to resolve this if the item isn't delivered or refunded by the end of this week.

Would not use again as lower prices are not worth the stress and hassle of having to chase it up.

Stolen phone claim

I claimed after my iPhone was stolen on holiday. Responded to emails within a few days, never had to wait long on hold when phoning either which was good and my claim was settled in just over a month as I received the exact same make and model I had previously. Some of the information they asked for I thought was a bit unnecessary which made things a bit stressful dragging it on a bit longer than I'd hoped but overall I'd have to say a good experience.
