Really great service. I had an issue with payment. Kudos contacted me by phone after I emailed them and resolved the issue immediately. Without going into too much detail they displayed an exceptional level of customer care and relationships.

The driver knocked lightly on the door. Luckily I was in the hall and answered the door immediately. The driver was halfway back to his van with my parcel that needed signing for. If I had been upstairs or outside I would not have heard the knock and I would have missed this delivery. Is it too much to ask for a driver to wait to see if someone answers before making their way back to their van. I can only assume this is a tactic they employ to move through deliveries quickly. It certainly doesn’t have a focus on the customer.
