Safe & Sound was recommended by a friend and justifiably so. From booking right through to completion of the installation of a Scorpion immobiliser in my car, the company has been totally professional. A special mention should be made of technician James, who 'went the extra mile' after the fitting, and in his own time, to ensure I fully understood the workings of the
immobiliser. I am therefore pleased to be able to fully recommend Safe & Sound.

RingGo must epitomise all that is worse in public car parking in the UK. I've only succeeded in using its 'service' once and have since fortunately avoided most car parks where the company controls payments. On a second occasion I came up against a car park with its machines, all efforts to pay were thwarted. Luckily, it wasn't imperative that I park there, so I just left and probably saved a fortune. Have today endeavoured to access the RingGo website to notify the company of a change of car. Failed to gain access and a notice appeared offering no solution but asking me to try again later... pretty typical...

On looking back on previous reviews, it is immediately apparent that Barretts of Kent place great importance on customer service. Having recently purchased a used BMW 3-Series from their Ashford dealership, I can fully concur with the positive views expressed. Finding an ideal replacement for my existing car was proving more difficult than envisaged and as a result I visited a considerable number of dealerships. Fortuitously, circumstances had me visit Barretts of Ashford, although by no means my nearest BMW dealer. Here, BMW Sales Specialist Shah Chowdhury spent time listening to my requirements and came up with a two-year-old 320i that met those needs perfectly. The purchase process and hand-over of the vehicle were handled impeccably in a relaxed and friendly manner by Shah. In the brief time I've owned the 320i, it has exceeded my expectations, and I'm really grateful for the day I chose to 'drop in' on Barretts.

I'm of an age where sitting at a PC or laptop deliberating over my energy supply and costs is a bind; I've better things to do with my life. In the relatively short time I've been taking my electricity and gas supplies from Octopus I've found their communications clear and, dare I say, human. I feel that I can trust them regarding the price I pay and the way I will be treated, and I spend less time in front of a computer.

Setting up an Equiniti registration was like jumping through a flaming hoop. Had my registration application been rejected over some silly thing just once more I'd have thrown in the towel. I've better things to do with my life.

After 15 years, our 'new' bathroom, particularly the shower enclosure, was in need of some tlc. The silicon sealant was aging and in prospect of allowing a leak and the tile grouting was discoloured in places. Graham, who covers the north of Kent, proved to be most conscientious and thorough, resulting in a bathroom to be proud of again. Top marks!
