Awful Banking App - what an involution!

Awful Banking App!
Initially, there was an amazing app (Grip) working perfectly and providing a lot of insight information on your money. Then they removed it by saying that those functions would have been included in the main AMN AMRO app. First of all, they made this switch in the middle of December which is the moment when the app is mostly needed (along with July/August). Second of all, they never made these changes. So now, we ended up having a disgusting app that does not even tell you how much money you spend in a month and how much money you have earned. We passed from having the best-ever app to the worst one! Congrats ABN for the involution! Opposite to what dutch culture taught me.

I can imagine that it takes some getting used to that the GRIP app has stopped. The first functions 'Predictions' and 'Fixed Charges' are now available to all customers in the ABN AMRO app. We are working hard to further expand our functionalities, but unfortunately we have to deal with various dependencies. As a result, we can't yet say exactly when more new functions will become available in the app. In any case, we aim to further expand 'Fixed Charges' with the option to hide certain costs. It will also become possible to cancel subscriptions via the ABN AMRO App.

Great Customer Service and Support

I initially bought the metal card. The design and delivery process when smooth but the card was not performing as I expected (the NFC signal was too poor to make it work efficiently). I gave my feedback to the customer service which promptly switched my card with the wooden one + some other tools (without extra charges). The wooden card now works amazingly, so I would suggest this one over the metal one (although it looks cooler) as they still have to improve the metal card.
Overall, good experience with Mobilo!
