Terrible Carrier Zero Customer Service
As a buyer of online goods you usually dont get to choose the carrier. This is done by the seller. On this occasion I opted for and paid extra for a Saturday Delivery as the item was large and fragile so I wanted to be there to accept the delivery. Late on Saturday AM I got an email saying there was a delay and my package would not arrive until Monday. No use to me so I tried to contact them. Totally impossible to speak to anyone to rearrange. This could not be done online either. I ended up changing plans to wait in all day Monday. Terrible company as no way to contact them.
