2☆ Just for the fact the games are fun and Unique! The CMs and players are fun and nice, Honestly I really don't think this is a good place to play with your money as many others say! Your chances of actually winning a decent win is close no none. You can stake high and win very little quite alot of the time! And alot of dead spins! I only ever staked as high as @50p a spin and the most i won was £15 you will deposit and 97% of the time never win enough to withdraw! The bingo game have good money up for grabs but you also have serial winners who will win daily and multiple times a day. Yes I have won in the past never anything crazy considering how much I played. I have permanently closed my account today and I'm just leaving this review as a heads up to others the RTP is a total lie at 95-97%

Honest opinions for bets it's good even tho i only bet on football really, as for the casino side it's actually awful, you put in a a fair amount just to win what you've lost maybe £5 above. Yeah im in control so I don't have to play it but I enjoy the slots it's just ashame they're like this. 3/5☆ for the betting side (the slots are very laggy also)

I'm normally a low stake player so the chances of winning something over £50 is very slim but since returning from my self exclusion I've done bigger stakes and getting a bonus on a 50p spin after putting a fair amount in and winning less then I have done on a 10p spin is ridiculous like with most other slot places the prize you win is more greater. As for bingo I enjoy it alot not had a win since being back but in the past I've had a few wins and it's fun chatting with others while you play. I just think they need to sort the bonus payouts better even if it means making them harder to get.
4/5☆ cause it's fun but the arcade needs Sorting (-£600 overall since opening my account) just shows how much i just enjoy playing
3/7/2025 just an update (-£800 now) playing on different games and different stakes just always dead spins i pretty sure it wasn't like this before. And after getting a bonus £15 later on one slot @50p a spin i win 36p and bingo idk how but seeing one person win 3 time over 5 games how does that happen. I enjoy playing the games but honestly just winning sometime makes if more fun! Not just burning your money

I been on bally for almost 2 years and I can say you firstly the customer service is the best part of this place they're helpful and polite. As for winning you get a few wins from time to time just got to test the waters on different slots i haven't had a win over £100 but im a low stake player (10/20p) I love the fact you can demo play the slots if you dont have money

Really fun and creative games! I've enjoyed it so far my first day i won 100 inwhich I had to cancel my bouns to be able to withdraw it, I have since spent 30 back on it (low stake player) and not even a sniff of a win or wins to prolong playtime. As for the bingo its like most sites where if you have alot of money you can hugely out weight your chances to win! Overall fun, Could do with a few changes on the bingo like limits to tickets so it's fair for all (that's why you see the same names winning) and it's gambling after all you win some you lose some

Absolutely terrible! Same winners on the bingo cause they can out buy your tickets if you dont stake high, And the slots are diabolical the RTP% is so low so you don't even get a good play time just swallows your money- I have now shut my account
