Update - 15.09.2025 - The refund has been accepted after an chargeback with my bank and I have since received an apology from Native Union which I appreciate.

Ordered a laptop stand and wireless phone charger, delivery of the laptop stand was great and i can't fault the company there BUT they reached out to say the charger was out of stock and i requested a refund....still waiting for that refund from the 18th August.. shockingly bad customer service considering i have not recieved the item but they still have my money

Communication with Daals about my delivery was great, both Jack and William were lovely when they delivered my item today, cant fault them!

Abby Price was really helpful and wonderful on the phone when helping me sort out my insurance. Made the whole process easy
