I'm very disappointed in the response…
I'm very disappointed in the response from Fund Ourselves.
I recently received an email about a refund. I reached out to Fund Ourselves as it was a few years since I'd had a loan. The email looked legitimate but I didn't want to click on anything as I'm a bit cynical about these things.
I've had very little in the way of response from Find Ourselves to reassure me. I'm either being scammed or they've sold my data. Either way I'm incredibly disappointed.
Even if their offices are shut for the Christmas holidays then they should have an auto reply on for emails which lists their working hours over the holiday period.
The longer they leave me hanging the more troubled I am. This is not a good feeling to be left with.
Please respond to my emails!!
